“Ramsey Grammar School students were big winners in a competition organised by the Isle of Man Victorian Society to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Queen Victoria in May 1819. Students had to produce essays on ‘How the Isle of Man changed during Queen Victoria’s lifetime’. Topics ranged from tourism, and architecture to public health. Winners of the Year 10+ prizes were James Margrave, Fern Breward, Ben Johnson, Ben Corkill and Dacre Swann. Year 7-9 Winners were Ella Malone and Ella Crowe. Well done everyone
